We at the Elizabeth Roche MedSpa are committed to provide our patients with impeccable service in a relaxing environment while maintaining confidentiality. We pride ourselves on providing our clients with procedures performed by a highly trained double board-certified physician who is passionate about medical esthetics, thereby delivering a level of care and service which exceeds the standard.

During Dr. Roche’s fellowship training in Pain Medicine at the University of Pennsylvania, she become proficient with injections and the use of Botox. Shortly after Botox Cosmetic was introduced, Dr. Roche began administering it for aesthetic use on family and friends. Word soon spread and it wasn’t long before others began requesting her services for this use. Dr. Roche is Board Certified by both the American Board of Anesthesiology and the American Board of Pain Management. In addition to being double-board certified, she sought out further training and became certified in the use of Botox, dermal fillers, and other medical aesthetic procedures. Now after more than five years of experience her practice has grown to a full service medical spa. This brings to fruition a notable interest of hers which began prior to medical school when Dr. Elizabeth Roche was a model with Elite agency in New York City. During this period her natural instincts and passion for beauty and aesthetics were further enhanced.
