About Dr. Roche’s Experience
John: Sure. Dr. Roche, you have an impressive background. Can you tell me a little bit more and tell our listeners more about what your experience is and what sets you apart from other injectors in the area?
Dr. Roche: Absolutely. I am a board certified physician with over 25 years of injection experience. Over the years, I’ve dedicated myself to patient care. I’ve also been a trainer for two major aesthetic companies: Allergan, the makers of Botox and Juvéderm fillers, and currently I’m a trainer for Galderma, the makers of Restylane Products and Dysport.
I’ve spent years mastering facial anatomy, learning the latest techniques, and safety has always been at the heart of my practice. When my patients come to me, they’re getting decades of expertise, education backed by science, and real hands-on clinical experience.

John: You mentioned your team, and your team seems to be a big part of your success. Can you tell me a little bit more about your team?
Dr. Roche: My team is exceptional. We have Emily, who is a top Physician Assistant. She’s been with me for over 10 years. She has a background in dermatology and also in medical aesthetics. She too was a trainer for Merz, another aesthetic company, prior to joining our team. She is very talented. She’s experienced and very well-loved by our patients, which shows by her extremely booked schedule every day.
We have Micaela, who is our licensed nurse, who’s been with me for several years. She loves to share her aesthetic knowledge, not only with the patients, but with the team. Whenever she learns something new, she’s always willing to share what she’s learned. And she provides some of the best laser treatments in New Jersey.
Olympia is our aesthetician with more than 25 years of hands-on expertise. Her skill, talent, and dedication to aesthetic treatments ensures that every patient receives personalized, high quality care.
I owe a lot of my success to my chief administrative officer, Laura. She’s also the patient care coordinator, our marketing guru, our in-office accountant. You name it, she can do it. She is brilliant, warm and beautiful, both inside and out. She sets the tone for a welcoming, professional environment the moment patients walk in. Our patients adore her, and so do we.
My other support staff, from the friendly receptionists to the very knowledgeable medical assistants, they are the important well-oiled wheels of our facility that keep us in motion and keep us running smoothly every day. Behind the scenes is my business partner, Dr. Michael, who’s been with me from the very start, and he’s also a very important part of our success. What is at the core is that we all believe in what we do. We love what we do, and we give our best to our patients every day to make us the best.
Why Do Patients Keep Coming Back For Years?
John: Your practice also has many loyal patients. Some of them have been with you for 20 years. What do you think it is that keeps them coming back?
Dr. Roche: I think it comes down to trust, consistency, and genuine care. Our patients have been with us for decades, and many of them have referred new patients too. So we get new patients from existing patients, which is a huge compliment. We also are highly ranked on all of the review platforms. We have many five-star Google reviews. I even have patients who have asked ChatGPT “who is the best med spa to go to?”, and we come up as the best med spa to be treated at. So, I think decades of experience, we take time with each patient, we listen to their concerns and build long-term relationships. It’s that trust and it’s the relationship that means so much to both the patients and to us.
Ongoing Education And Keeping Up With The Science
John: And you talk a lot about science and your love of ongoing education. How does that influence the care that you provide for your patients?
Dr. Roche: So, education is one of my core values. I always promote learning new techniques, new treatments. Aesthetics is constantly evolving and we need to keep up with the current science and the current treatments that are out there, and staying current ensures that we offer safe, effective, and wonderful treatments to our patients. I believe in using proven technologies and not going just with the trends. My team and I pursue ongoing training and advanced courses because we believe our patients deserve the best and, importantly, I am a hands-on physician. I am either seeing patients directly, or if I’m not directly seeing patients, then I’m overseeing the treatments, ensuring safety in the office and quality care every day. So, I want patients to feel comfortable and confident with the care that they receive from each and every one of us.
