Gently Reduces Wrinkles with Long-Lasting Results
Evolysse™ Smooth by Evolus is an innovative hyaluronic acid dermal filler that is designed to gently soften lines while maintaining natural facial movement. It delivers elegant, long-lasting results so you can enhance your appearance while still looking like yourself. If you want to reduce wrinkles without looking “overdone,” Evolysse™ Smooth can help.
How Evolysse™ Smooth Works
What makes Evolysse™ Smooth unique is its proprietary manufacturing process. Unlike traditional fillers that are manufactured using heat, Evolysse™ Smooth is made using Cold-X™ Technology at near-freezing temperatures, which helps preserve more of the natural structure of the hyaluronic acid molecules.
This cold-processing method also requires fewer chemical cross-linking agents, which can help the product to melt into the surrounding tissue with less swelling and inflammation after treatment. It also contains lidocaine for less discomfort during injection. The result is a comfortable filler with high elasticity and refined texture, allowing for precise placement and even distribution.
Common Treatment Areas for Evolysse™ Smooth
Evolysse™ Smooth is most commonly used in areas where subtle flexibility is important, such as:
- Nasolabial folds
- Marionette lines around the mouth
- Perioral lines around the lips
- Smile lines and midface wrinkles
- Lower face lines
These areas often develop wrinkles due to a combination of volume loss and repeated facial movement, which makes them ideal for a gentle filler. Evolysse™ Smooth is also an excellent choice for any facial lines caused by rapid weight loss.
Why Patients Choose Evolysse™ Smooth
Patients at the Elizabeth Roche M.D. Medspa in New Jersey choose Evolysse™ Smooth because it delivers soft, organic-looking results without compromising facial movement. Its advanced formula allows the filler to integrate naturally into the skin, which works to reduce wrinkles without creating a stiff or overfilled appearance.
In clinical studies, approximately 65% of patients treated with Evolysse™ reported less dissatisfaction with the appearance of their nasolabial folds when smiling and when relaxed.
What to Expect
When you arrive at the Elizabeth Roche M.D. Medspa, we begin by taking a complete health history and defining your treatment goals. Then, Evolysse™ Smooth is injected into the target areas with precision. Since this filler contains lidocaine, you can expect less discomfort during your treatment compared to other dermal fillers without this additional ingredient.
Once your treatment is complete, we will discuss the healing period and any follow-up visits you may need. Typically, appointments last less than 30 minutes from start to finish, making this a quick treatment you can even do on your lunch break.

Frequently Asked Questions
How is Evolysse™ Smooth different from Evolysse™ Form?
Evolysse™ Smooth and Evolysse™ Form are each designed for unique treatment goals. Evolysse™ Smooth is a soft, flexible filler that is best suited for fine lines and moderate wrinkles. Alternatively, Evolysse™ Form offers more firmness to give structure and lift to areas that need more support.
Who can get Evolysse™ Smooth?
Healthy adults over the age of 22 who want to reduce wrinkles and fine lines may be good candidates for Evolysse™ Smooth. However, patients who have a history of severe medication allergies and those who are allergic to lidocaine or gram-positive bacteria may not be. Dr. Roche and her team can go over your medical history and let you know if you are eligible to receive treatment with Evolysse™ Smooth.
Does Evolysse™ Smooth have any side effects?
Evolysse™ Smooth has similar side effects as other dermal fillers, including tenderness, bruising, and swelling at the injection site. These symptoms are usually mild and resolve without additional treatment in a few hours or days after the injections. In clinical studies, there were no reports of delayed-onset nodules.
